A ritual promenade - stopping, looking, listening drinking and eating. It starts in Borough Market with breakfast, meander up to Smithfield Market for a meaty lunch in Smithfield's Grand Avenue, coffee and gelato on Exmouth Market, drinks in St Chad's finishing at the German Gymnasium in King's Cross.
